My name is Brooke Bouche. I'm a recruiter working with Emilio Health - a pediatric behavioral health startup.  The company was founded by a veteran healthcare startup team: Naomi Allen, former executive at Livongo & Castlight Health and Dr. Giovanni Colella, founder of OODA, Castlight Health and RelayHealth and is led by CMO, Dr. David Grodberg, leading child & adolescent psychiatrist.  They're building a founding team and looking for a talented child & family therapist to join them.

    Some background on Emilio Health…

They're on a mission to change pediatric, behavioral healthcare.  EH is building a multi-disciplinary team of psychiatry, psychology, OT and SLP who will collaborate on personalized care plans, use evidence-based protocols and digital tools to extend therapy beyond the clinic.

The in-house team will provide care for children with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and disruptive behavioral disorders, as well as meeting speech and occupational therapy needs. The tech platform will support open communication and coordination, so the team can work effectively together and parents can easily track progress and access home interventions.

As I mentioned, the team is looking for a LMFT, LPCC or LCSW with a specialization in working with elementary & middle school children, ages 6 to 12 years. This is an incredible opportunity to join a world-class team pioneering change in the mental and developmental health field and to be a part of the founding clinic. The role will start virtually and eventually work in the clinic in Menlo Park.

I realize you may not be looking but if you’re open to an exploratory conversation, I’d be happy to have a 15 minute chat. Let me know if you have time this week.

Thanks in advance for your time!
