Friends
Individuals, organizations, institutions, or foundations which contribute annually to NorCATA.
Associates
Any Individual including those living out of state interested in the therapeutic use of art to support the purposes and objectives of NorCATA qualify for Associative Membership.
Professionals:
Credentialed
Individuals who have been approved for professional membership and have been granted registration (ATR, ATR-BC) by the Art Therapy Credentials Board (ATCB) shall be classified as a Credentialed Professional.
Active
Individuals who have completed professional training in Art Therapy are eligible for Active Professional membership.
Honorary: (will require verification)
Retired Professionals
Individuals who have reached the age of 65 and are no longer engaged in active practice.
NorCATA Board Members
Individuals serving an active role on the NorCATA board will qualify for honorary membership during time of service.
Regional Representatives
Individuals serving an active role as a NorCATA regional rep will qualify for honorary membership during time of service.
Specified Honorary Members
Individuals who have earned lifetime honorary status.
Students:
Students
Individuals who do not meet the qualifications of professional membership and are currently taking courses in Art Therapy or a related field shall be eligible for Student Membership.
